Connect the other services your team uses, so supporters’ tickets, donations, emails and payments are recorded in one place. Each service has its own connection and mapping settings; saving credentials alone may not start the data flow you expect.

Enable a service first

Open Integrations from the navigation. The overview lists each service under Enabled or Disabled. Switch a service from Disabled to Enabled and ThirdSectorBee takes you to its settings. Enabling or disabling a service needs integrations:manage; without it the switches are greyed out. Setting the service up usually needs its own permission, named in each guide.

Enabling makes the settings available but doesn’t supply credentials or mappings. Once a service is enabled, its card shows Connected or Not connected, and a Settings link.

Enabling Dotdigital or Mailchimp also adds that service’s touchpoint types to your beehive, so activity from it can appear on timelines. The other services add no touchpoint types, payment methods or custom fields.

Disabling a service that’s already set up asks you to confirm, because it stops new data being received through that service. Its touchpoint types are hidden, but records already brought in stay where they are.
