These are the fields on the Add touchpoint form (opened with Add touchpoint on a contact, or Record touchpoint on an organisation or resource) and the Edit touchpoint form.

| Tags | No | Shown when you have relationships:write:contacts |

The touchpoint form has no fundraising-activity field. Touchpoints are recorded against the contact, organisation or resource whose profile you opened them from.
Touchpoints also arrive from other parts of the platform, for example from the pipeline or from integrations. Types those create appear on the touchpoint types page with a module badge.
See Log a touchpoint.
