Worker Bees take routine follow-up off your team’s plate. Each one waits for something to happen in ThirdSectorBee, such as a new contact, a payment or a membership coming up for renewal, and then does what you’ve asked: creates a task, tells a colleague, posts to a team channel, messages the supporter or sends the details to another system.

Open them from Worker Bees → All Worker Bees in the sidebar. Viewing them needs workerbees:read:automations; creating them needs workerbees:admin:automations.
