Check a sponsorship opportunity’s history
The History tab is an audit trail of who has looked at or changed a sponsorship opportunity. Use it when a safeguarding lead needs to know who has accessed a person’s details, or to understand how a profile reached its current state.
Before you start
You need sponsorship:read:audit. Without it, the History tab doesn’t appear. Opening the tab is itself recorded, as History viewed.
Open the history
- Open the sponsorship opportunity.
- Choose the History tab.
Read the history

If the history shows access you didn’t expect, particularly repeated Refused entries, raise it with your safeguarding lead and your beehive administrator.
If it shows Nothing recorded yet., no activity has been logged. Failed to load the history. means it couldn’t be loaded: refresh the page.
