“Add” is the Add a new organisation form; “Profile” is the organisation’s own page.

Registration numbers
Record each official number an organisation holds as a registration. There are no fixed fields for a charity or company number; choose the description that fits.

| Other (free text) | Anything else. Enter a Custom description, such as “Charity number” or “VAT number” |
